Good Business is a private business growth consulting and development firm based in Ludhiana, Punjab, India. We work at the intersection of local retail and technology — and the Good Business platform is the clearest expression of that work.
Local commerce in India runs through relationships: a field professional who knows every shop on their route, a shopkeeper who knows their regular customers by name, a manufacturer whose products only move because a shop owner chose to stock them. Most software treats these as separate markets. We didn't think they should be — so we built five connected apps instead of one generic one, each shaped around how that person actually works.
That's the thread across everything we build: field professionals who onboard shops with a verified GPS check-in and get paid a real commission for it. Shop owners who can see, in real time, what a customer nearby is actually looking for. Customers who earn something back for every friend they bring in. Creators and manufacturers who reach that same network instead of building their own from scratch.
How we build
Privacy by default
A shopkeeper sees what a customer is looking for — never their name or number, until the customer chooses to reply. Location is used to connect people, not to track them.
Real numbers or none at all
Every figure in the app reflects something that actually happened. An honest zero is worth more than a fabricated metric — so that's what we show until there's something real to report.
Two-sided, not extractive
Referrals, campaigns, and commissions are built so both sides win — a customer and the friend they refer both earn; a shop and the field professional who onboarded it both benefit.
