Privacy Policy

This policy covers every app in the Good Business network — Good Business (customer), Good Business Shopkeeper, Good Business Field, Good Business Influencer, and Good Business Manufacturer — all operated by Good Business, a business growth consulting and development firm based in Ludhiana, Punjab, India ("Good Business", "we", "us").

1. Information we collect

The information we collect depends on which app you use:

• Account information. Customers sign in with a phone number verified by a one-time code (OTP). Shopkeepers, field professionals, influencers, and manufacturers create an account with an email address and password, or sign in with Google. Depending on the app, we also collect your name, business or shop details, and an optional profile photo.
• Location. Good Business (customer) uses your location to show nearby shops. Good Business Field uses precise location to verify shop onboarding and territory check-ins. We do not use location to track you outside of these features, and a customer's location is never shared with a shopkeeper.
• Business & commerce activity. Shops onboarded, campaigns and coupons created, coupons redeemed, shopping requests posted, and shop connections made.
• Financial & earnings data. Reward points, referral bonuses, sales commissions, wallet balances, and withdrawal requests, where the app you use includes these features.
• Device & usage data. Basic technical data needed to operate the app reliably, such as crash logs and app version.

2. How we use this information

We use your information to:

• Create and secure your account, and verify who you are
• Show relevant nearby shops or shopping requests
• Operate campaigns, coupons, and shop connections
• Calculate and pay referral bonuses, commissions, and reward points
• Respond to support requests and improve the apps

3. What we share — and what we don't

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising — Good Business apps do not carry ads. Some information is shared between users of the network by design, and only as much as each feature needs:

• When you post a shopping request, nearby shopkeepers see what you're looking for — never your name, phone number, or exact location — until you choose to respond to them directly.
• When you connect with a shop, or a field professional onboards it, the relevant business details are shared between the parties involved in that transaction only.

4. Data retention & deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active, and as needed to meet legal and financial record-keeping obligations (for example, commission and payout records). You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us at it.one@kheewa.in.

5. Security

Data is encrypted in transit between the apps and our servers. We limit access to personal data to what each part of our system needs to function, and we do not store payment card details on our own servers.

6. Children's privacy

Good Business apps are intended for use by adults — field professionals, shop owners, creators, and manufacturer representatives operating in a business capacity, and consumers aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Good Business apps evolve. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
