Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of any app in the Good Business network — Good Business (customer), Good Business Shopkeeper, Good Business Field, Good Business Influencer, and Good Business Manufacturer — operated by Good Business, a business growth consulting and development firm based in Ludhiana, Punjab, India. By creating an account or using any Good Business app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Field professional, shopkeeper, influencer, and manufacturer accounts are issued for business use, and you're responsible for ensuring the information you provide for that business is accurate.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials and OTP codes confidential, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at it.one@kheewa.in if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Create shop listings, campaigns, or referrals that misrepresent a real business or transaction
• Attempt to manipulate referral bonuses, commissions, or reward points through fake accounts or activity
• Use another person's account, or share OTP codes to let someone else access your account
• Interfere with the normal operation of the apps or attempt to access data you're not authorized to see

4. Commissions, rewards, and payouts

Where an app includes referral bonuses, sales commissions, or reward points, these are calculated based on verified activity within the app (such as a completed shop onboarding or a redeemed coupon) and credited to your in-app wallet. Withdrawal requests are subject to verification before payout. We reserve the right to withhold or reverse a payout where we reasonably believe it resulted from fraudulent or manipulated activity.

5. Third-party sign-in

Some apps let you sign in with Google. Your use of that sign-in method is also subject to Google's own terms and privacy policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Good Business name, apps, and underlying software are owned by Good Business. Content you submit — such as a shop listing, campaign, or shopping request — remains yours, but you grant us a license to display it to the other party it's intended for within the app.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Good Business apps are provided "as is." We work to keep them accurate and available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we're not liable for losses arising from a transaction between a shopkeeper and a customer, or between a manufacturer and a retailer, conducted through the apps — those transactions are between the parties involved.

8. Termination

You may stop using any Good Business app at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, including any account involved in fraudulent referral, commission, or reward activity.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ludhiana, Punjab.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the apps evolve. Continued use of a Good Business app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
