Pricing & Business Model
Simple, Because Most of Good Business Is Free.
Good Business does not charge shopkeepers, manufacturers, or creators to use the network. The one paid transaction on the platform is a campaign booking — a business paying a creator for promotional content — priced by the creator, not by us.
What's Free
Free to List.
Free to Discover.
Joining the marketplace, listing a business, publishing a creator profile, and browsing — none of it costs anything.
Discovery & Listing
Shopkeepers and manufacturers can list a business and browse the creator directory by city, category and audience at no cost.
Creator Profiles
Creators publish a portfolio, set their own rate card, and manage availability for free — there is no listing fee to join the marketplace.
Free Campaign Program
Each creator fulfils a weekly quota of free campaigns as part of growing their presence on the network — no payment involved for either side.
The One Paid Transaction
Paid Campaign
Bookings.
When a shopkeeper or manufacturer books a creator for a paid campaign, the price is set by the creator's own rate card and can be negotiated per booking. Good Business does not set creator prices and does not currently charge a platform fee on this amount.
Example creator rate card — set by one creator, for illustration only. Every creator sets their own rates.

Free Campaign Program.
Every creator on the network fulfils a weekly quota of free campaigns — the platform default is 1 per week, and Good Business can adjust an individual creator's quota. A business can request a free campaign the same way it requests a paid one, just without a price.
How Payments Work
From Proposal
to Payout.
Once a business and a creator agree on a paid campaign, here's what happens in the app.
- 01
Business proposes a price
A shopkeeper or manufacturer browses the creator directory and sends a campaign request — pre-filled with the creator's own rate, but editable — or requests a free campaign within the creator's quota.
- 02
Creator accepts, counters, or declines
The creator can accept the proposed price, send a counter-offer, or decline the request.
- 03
Content is delivered
Once a price is agreed, the creator delivers the content — a Reel, Short, Story, or other agreed format.
- 04
Business reviews & approves
The requesting business reviews the delivered content and approves it, or raises a dispute for a Good Business admin to resolve.
- 05
Funds release to the creator
On approval, the agreed amount is released in full to the creator's in-app wallet — Good Business does not deduct a platform fee from this amount.
Collecting the business's payment at booking time and holding it in escrow until delivery is processed through Good Business's supported payment gateway once that integration is live. Every booking, price, and release is recorded in Good Business's finance ledger regardless.
